All rates are taken from FBR's official Withholding Tax Rate Card issued under the Finance Act 2025, cross-checked line by line against the Finance Act 2026 legal text published by the Directorate General of Withholding Taxes at fbr.gov.pk.

Sections 236C and 236K were amended by the Finance Act 2026 and now apply flat rates with no filer distinction. Sections 231AB, 231B, 234, 235, 236, 150 and 151 were checked and confirmed unchanged.
